I waited a few weeks after the project was finished to post a review to evaluate the quality and service of Reglaze It Now and I'm happy to post a 5 star review on Yelp for Leslie and Greg. Leslie was very responsive and was very easy to work with. Hiccups: Didn't care for the plumber they recommended only because he honor the estimate he originally gave. Quoted one price to my husband and then asked for a higher price after the job was done changing out the trims which took less than an hour so I recommend getting your own plumber. On the day of Reglazing I wasn't told the shower trim had to be off so I had to call a new plumber the same day and Greg was able to continue the job. If you're sensitive to smell be aware the there are pretty strong toxic fumes so have good ventilation or be prepared to leave the house after to air the fumes out. The good part: We were very happy with the results as we weren't ready to commit to a full demo of the guest bathroom. They stand by their job guarantee and when we asked Greg to return a couple times after the job was done for touch ups Leslie was pretty responsive and Greg came to touch up when he said he would. Greg and Leslie are friendly and very easy to work with and there are no projects without hiccups but I love that they guarantee their work. I rely on yelp a lot for choosing businesses to work with and so I'm happy to recommend Greg and Leslie for your Reglazing needs! Thank you Greg and Leslie for a job well done!
